Explore New Frontiers of InnovationmodeFRONTIER provides a powerful and easy to use solution to include CAE software into an integrated design chain where CAD, FEM, CFD, cost prediction and Six-Sigma design are used simultaniously and in a distributed environment to push the envelope in product development. modeFRONTIER includes a wide range of numerical methods for DOE, Robust Design, Optimization and data-modelling. Apowerful post-processing and easy to use process flow integration greatly enhance both the engineers as well as the decision maker capability automating frequent tasks while filtering only useful information.

Process IntegrationRunning an analysis tool within the modeFRONTIER framework is extremely straightforward. There are no interfaces to license; rather just one generic interface which can be used for virtually any CAE Tool. There are also direct interfaces for Excel, Matlab and Simulink, CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER, the ANSYS Workbench and Amesim. The same process integration can be used to link different CAE applications; for example, modeFRONTIER has been used to perform fluid-structure interaction analysis, where a CFD program and a non-linear FEM porgram were coupled. modeFRONTIER has been successfully run with a large number of commercial CAE and in-house tools, ranging from CAD software to FEM and CFD programs.

Design OptimizationWith modeFRONTIER only few steps are required for achieving your goals: - Describe the problem (parameterize)
- Set goals (objectives)
- Chosse optimization strategy
Using a wide set of DOE (Design of Experiment) and Optimization Algorithms, modeFRONTIER efficiently searches the design space for the optimum solution, or the Pareto frontier (set of optimal designs in a multi-objective problem). Select the final design, with the help of modeFRONTIER's Decision Making tools.
